Personal Data

Personal data include the information that can be traced to a person, for example a name, a home address or an e-mail address. The protection of this data is regulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This regulation protects the privacy of citizens and also applies to personal data collected via the internet.

Based on this regulation, personal data will only be processed if this has been explicitly communicated. It must also be clear for what purpose the data are stored. This means that at the place where you enter your name or (e-mail) address, it is stated precisely for what purpose your data are used. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose for which you submitted them. They are also not stored longer than necessary for that purpose.

The Regulation and the accompanying Implementation Act General Data Protection Regulation provide some exceptions to this rule. The data can, for example, be used for investigation if someone commits offenses or crimes through means of this website.

If you respond to the website or if you subscribe, your e-mail address, your name and possibly your zip code will be processed. These personal data are used to respond to your questions or to send you the information you have requested.
