My name is Jaap Wesselman, and I am a Master's student at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. For my thesis, I am conducting research into battery systems for residential applications. As part of this research, I aim to carry out a scenario study on the profitability of these systems for different types of households, particularly in light of the upcoming reduction of the net-metering scheme in 2027.
To support this analysis, I would like to request access to household data from the Woononderzoek Nederland (WoON) datasets. Ideally, I would like to work with data from the years 2015, 2018, and 2021, to assess developments over time. However, if this is not possible, access to the 2021 dataset alone would also be very helpful.
The data will be used exclusively for academic purposes within the scope of my thesis. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
