This table contains the number of bankruptcy orders issued by Dutch courts. Numbers are broken down by type of bankruptcy (natural persons with or without sole proprietorship) and regions.

Data available from: January 2009

Status of the figures: Figures on the last two months are provisional.

Changes as of March 12, 2026: The February 2026 figures have been added. A selection of periods without data was incorrectly included and has been removed to be in line with the Dutch version of this table.

When will new figures be published? March 2026 figures are expected to be published on April 13, 2026.
