Juist ook activiteiten buiten het stiltegebied kunnen de na te streven rust en stilte aantasten, bijvoorbeeld het houden van evenementen. Daartoe is een attentiezone stiltegebied opgenomen zodat bij het verlenen van medewerking aan activiteiten of het toedelen van nieuwe of tijdelijke functies rekening wordt gehouden met de na te streven rust en stilte.
