My apologies for the late reply. It took a while until we found the data-owner and the problem behind the requested datasets. The datasets you are requesting were due to miscommunication shown as to be published. However these datasets can because of privacy reasons not be considered as open data and therefore cannot be shared with you. I changed the status of the datasets on the dataportal to closed.
