I am doing an assignment on data handling for RUG, and wanted to do a study of how people still cylce here even when it rains. I wanted to look at the university path and compare it to other paths when it rains to see if international students might be influencing that there is less people commuting by bike to uni when it rains.

I will be able to show it in class.

Yearly does not have enough resolution to compare it against rain
