I want to use this data for my Master Thesis Project in the context of the MSc Computer Science degree at TU Delft. There, I am building an AI algorithm to optimize the environmental impact of road maintenance actions scheduling.

Impact:

The impact of this data is very important, since I will be able to get an idea of the CO2 emissions of cars. Using augmented models, I will be able to estimate the effect of road maintenance (closed roads, detours) in the increase of CO2 emissions.
